Chris Lundberg
President
Central Coast Fence began operations in 1977, founded
by its current president Chris Lundberg. He started out
by doing small jobs and repairs mainly as a way to finance
his way through college and flight school, (goal being
to fly commercial jets). However, demand quickly grew
for his services as his reputation for excellent craftsmanship
spread. Since family and responsibilities had now also
grown, he decided to expand operations to meet the rising
demand, since he was enjoying the challenges and satisfaction
of fence construction. Chris also remains an avid aviator
and loves the precision and discipline required of instrument
flying.
In 1984 Central Coast Fence moved to its current location
at 540 S. 4th St. in Grover Beach. Chris can be reached

Arland Schweigl
Residential Estimating
Arland came to Central Coast Fence in 2006. He has a degree in biological sciences, and previously worked as a scheduler in the printing industry. Arland spends most of his leisure time on the baseball field

Nancy Kendrick
Administrator Contracts/Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable/Temporary Fence
Nancy came to Central Coast Fence in 2005. Before coming to us, she spent 10 years in the wedding industry, owning a florist business in Santa Barbara. Nancy enjoys her leisure time running, cycling, and swimming

Human Resource Manager & Public Works Assistant
Heather has been with Central Coast Fence since 2004. She is our head of the Human Resources Department as well as being the public works assistant where she manages the bid schedules, submittals, and ordering. Heather strives to serve our customers quickly, and with a smile
